Become a pivotal Financial Analyst with CAE focusing on Corporate Finance and M&A. Your expertise will guide investment projects and financial model analysis in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will lead analysts in developing financial models to assess the profitability of capital investments and mergers. You will also coordinate due diligence processes and support commercial product lines while mentoring new recruits. Your strategic input will influence key decisions that directly impact the company's success.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the approval of business cases for capital projects • Develop financial models for mergers and acquisitions • Analyze profitability influencers for various projects • Coordinate due diligence with partners and clients • Review contract clauses to minimize CAE's risks

Requirements: • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business • 4-8 years in corporate finance or M&A • Accounting designation or CFA/CBV is preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and financial principles • Bilingual in French and English
