We are looking for an

AutomotiveSales Manager

who can lead from the front, motivate a high‑performing team, and grow the department profitably while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands the new and the used vehicle business inside and out and knows how to balance people, process, and performance.

Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead, coach, and inspire the new and used car sales team to achieve sales goals

Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to team members

Build a positive, customer-focused environment that encourages repeat business

Oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize profitability

Collaborate with the service and finance departments to enhance customer experience

Analyze sales performance, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities

Develop and implement strategies that increase market share and department success

Proven experience in new and used car sales and dealership leadership

Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a team

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Results‑driven and comfortable making data‑informed decisions
