As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring accurate and efficient data management. Job Title: Data Entry Administrator
Location: Halifax, NS
Pay Range: 40,000 per year
Shift: Monday to Friday 8-4 or 9-6
What's the Job?
- Entering orders accurately into the system to ensure seamless processing
- Communicating effectively with customers to clarify and confirm order details
- Typing and updating data with precision and speed
- Utilizing Microsoft Office tools to manage and organize information
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed
What's Needed?
- Typist or data entry clerk experience would be an asset
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
