Senior Product Manager – Sales Dashboard & Analytics Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Sales Dashboard & Analytics to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of executive-level sales dashboards. This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional teams to build impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and sales performance.
Role Overview As a key product leader, you will own the end-to-end roadmap for sales analytics and dashboards. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, uncover gaps, and deliver scalable, insight-driven dashboards—enhanced with AI capabilities for smarter forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement & Discovery Partner with Sales Leadership, CRO org, RevOps, and Product teams Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather requirements Translate business needs into a clear dashboard strategy and roadmap Drive alignment across sales teams and product lines
Dashboard Strategy & Gap Analysis Evaluate existing reporting and dashboards Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies Design role-based dashboards for executives, managers, and reps Define a scalable and standardized reporting framework Pipeline health and coverage Funnel conversion and stage analysis Forecast vs. actuals ARR / Bookings / ACV trends Win/Loss and deal analysis Sales cycle and deal velocity Product and segment performance Expansion, renewal, and churn metrics
Product Ownership Own dashboard product roadmap and execution Convert requirements into user stories and specs Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams Ensure dashboards are actionable and executive-ready
AI & Advanced Analytics Introduce AI-driven insights and predictive analytics Enable use cases such as: Forecast predictions Opportunity prioritization Next best action recommendations
Adoption & Change Management Drive adoption across sales teams and leadership Conduct demos and executive presentations Continuously improve dashboards based on feedback Reduce manual reporting and accelerate decision-making
Required Experience 10+ years in Product Management, Sales Analytics, or BI roles Experience working with Sales Leadership and executive stakeholders Strong expertise in sales KPIs within product companies Hands‑on experience with stakeholder discovery and workshops Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Salesforce Strong understanding of SaaS sales metrics
Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B SaaS environments Familiarity with Salesforce data models Exposure to AI/predictive analytics in sales Experience with large‑scale sales organizations Working knowledge of SQL, Databricks, or modern data stacks
