We're a financial services co-operative with an expansive reach on Vancouver Island, the Gulf and Discovery islands and North Central BC. Joining us is your chance to work, and do good, locally. We need a Branch Manager, so if you are passionate about improving people's financial health and have experience with personal and business lending, deposit policies, practices and procedures, and general branch operations, we'd like to hear from you.

As an Branch Manager, you thrive in business and team development. By empowering team members to execute superior sales and service, you'll effectively lead the team to achieve financial goals and branch targets while exceeding high levels of member satisfaction, employee engagement, increasing community connections, and business networks. The ideal candidate is driven by growth to create opportunities that supports ad carries our vision forward of being leaders in building relationships that improved financial health, enrich people's lives, and build healthier communities.
What are we looking for?
- Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related discipline (e.g. Commerce and Business Administration) requiring 3-4 years of full time study or equivalent
- 7 years of progressive financial and lending experience with lending limits
- 3-5 years related experience
- Preferably, a thorough understanding of credit union operations, principles and values.
Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:
- Proven business acumen;
- Advanced understanding of annual operations and strategically aligned programs and services;
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions and resolutions;
- Proven social networking skills and an ability to connect with individuals inside and outside the organization.

Career Band Range (Annual Salary) - $81,156.00 to $117,970.00
The posted salary range is designed to reflect a broad career band, encompassing a variety of roles within our organization and serves as a general guideline. Your final compensation will be tailored to your unique skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.
