Our client requires a Clinical Informatics Specialist with extensive healthcare experience implementing information systems, working with stakeholders, developing and delivering training, and implementing Altera Sunrise Suite of products. This resource will work to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.

Services will be performed onsite at client location in Winnipeg, MB.

Mandatory Requirements

Mandatory Requirements Include:

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Nursing (Proof of degree, diploma or certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
• Valid Prosci Change Management Certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (Proof of certification to be provided) (Pass/Fail)

Requirements Include:

• 10 years’ experience working with stakeholders in a healthcare environment to implement changes to clinical workflow.
• 8 years’ experience involved in the implementation of clinical information systems in a healthcare environment in an analysis role.
• 6 years’ experience developing and delivering training for information systems to clinical users including nurses and physicians.
• 5 years’ experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of products in an acute care setting.
• 1 year of experience conducting and compiling privacy impact assessments for healthcare record systems to assess their compliance with provincial regulations.
