Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Salary: $90, – $95, + Bonus (negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop digital circuits for mobile medical workstations
- Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer or similar tools
- Coordinate with PCB manufacturers for prototyping and production
- Develop, code, and debug firmware
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot electronic designs
- Design and build automated test jigs for production environments
- Simulate and analyze circuits using appropriate engineering software
- Select electronic components and ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Validate designs against safety, compliance, and performance standards
- Work within Quality Management Systems and established design procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, IEC, etc.)
- Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams on integrated product design
- Support production teams with manufacturability and technical challenges
- Track project progress and maintain timelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in electronic and PCB design
- 3+ years of experience in software/firmware development
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of electronic circuits
- Experience with RFID, Ethernet, and WiFi technologies
- Solid knowledge of AC-DC and DC-DC conversion and circuit analysis
- Experience with circuit protection and compliance testing (ESD, EFT, Surge, EMC, EMI)
- Familiarity with tools such as Altium Designer, PSpice, MATLAB, Python, VS Code, TypeScript, SQL, and C#
- Exposure to mechanical CAD tools is an asset
- P.Eng. designation (or eligibility) is an asset
- Experience in consumer or medical device design is preferred
