What This Role Actually Looks Like

We invest heavily in growing your caseload through marketing, client matching, and a strong referral engine. What we need from you is a partner in that effort: someone who shows up consistently, runs excellent Meet and Greet sessions, converts those into long-term clients, and builds the kind of trust that keeps people coming back. We do the heavy lifting on visibility and ops.

What We Handle, So You Don't Have To

Billing, scheduling, client intake admin, tech, EMR, and back-office support, all covered. Plus marketing initiatives that spotlight your specialties and bring clients your way. Your time goes to clinical work and client relationships.

What You Bring

• Master's in Social Work or Counselling Psychology, registered as an MSW RSW or RP
• 5+ years of post-licensure experience
• Professional liability insurance
• Reliable internet and a secure, private workspace
• Strong virtual therapy skills and comfort with telehealth platforms
• Specialized experience (e.g., trauma, perinatal, mood disorders, ADHD, gender-affirming care, relationships) and certification in evidence-based modalities
• Additional languages are a strong asset
• A genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to working with a diverse client base
• You're looking for a long-term partnership
• Professional references and a Vulnerable Sector Check required for all successful candidates
