Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst Location: Winnipeg, MB R3C 0C4 Duration: 6 months Work Type: Hybrid Job Type: Temporary Assignment Experience - A minimum of 2 years working experience in the following areas:
- Provisioning network and application accounts.
- Providing software related technical support within a medium to large business environment.
- Enterprise class computing environments, wide-area and/or local-area networks.
- Experience in service delivery using Best Practices, such as ITIL processes, is preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated access management workflows would be considered an asset.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) - Undergraduate degree and/or diploma in Computer Science/Computer Analyst program from a recognized university or community college, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience supporting customers in an IT environment.
Qualifications and Skills -
Knowledge of ITSM Service Request tracking/work order management software tools.

Knowledge of IAM software, such as Microsoft Active Directory.

Effective verbal and written communication.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan work, establish priorities and adapt these plans and priorities in the face of unpredictable software and hardware challenges.
