Description de poste
Lead Auvik's partner ecosystem as the Director of Channel Sales. This high-impact role focuses on strategic growth and enhances our partner program while driving revenue.

At Auvik, you will be pivotal in accelerating channel strategies to support scalable growth. This leadership position demands a strategic focus while partnering across departments to establish efficiency and accountability within the channel. You'll define go-to-market strategies, optimize partner performance, and lead a dynamic team to ensure success in partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute channel strategy for scalable growth • Build and evolve the partner program for clarity and engagement • Hire and lead a high-performing team of partner managers • Manage executive relationships with key partners • Improve systems and processes for operational scale

Requirements: • Experience leading channel operations within SaaS • Proven track record in driving revenue through partners • Strong knowledge of MSP, VAR and distributor models • Ability to influence at senior levels and across departments • Data-driven approach to managing performance
