Description de poste
Join CAE as an Expert Pilot Trainer specializing in C130J operations. In this key role, you will ensure the effectiveness of flight training through courseware updates and software testing for aviation excellence.

Your role in the Training Centre Operations will be vital to maintain high standards for our programs in Civil Aviation and Defense & Security. You will collaborate with Tactical Flight Instructors, enhancing the quality of training delivery while managing simulator deficiencies efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact mission preparedness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and refine training courseware and delivery mechanisms • Collaborate with software developers for integration support • Monitor testing and validation of training devices • Work closely with instructors for effective training solutions • Ensure all defects in simulation training are addressed early

Requirements: • Must have 600 hours as a CC130J Aircraft Commander • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication and detail orientation • Understanding of training standards and protocols • Must have eligibility for Canadian work and security clearances
