Join WOLA Recruitment in Chinatown Point, Singapore as a hands-on Recruiter specializing in blue-collar candidate sourcing. Drive efficiency in high-volume hiring for essential workforce positions.

In this dynamic role, you will focus on sourcing candidates for frontline positions such as production, warehouse, and F&B. With a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, you will manage high-volume pipelines and ensure swift placements. Strong communication skills are vital, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for effective ground communication.

Key Responsibilities: • Source candidates for blue-collar roles effectively • Post job ads on MCF, FastJobs, JobStreet, and social platforms • Screen and interview candidates via various channels • Manage pipelines to meet fast client turnarounds • Maintain accurate records of candidates in Excel

Requirements: • CEI Certified (Basic / KAH) • At least 2 years recruitment experience • Proven track record of hitting KPIs • Comfortable in fast-paced environments • Resourceful and execution-driven
