Forge the future of architectural design by turning raw timber into structural art. We are seeking a technical artisan who views a CNC machine not just as a tool, but as an instrument of high-stakes precision. If you thrive where engineering meets craftsmanship, this is your workshop.
Your Impact
You won’t just monitor a machine; you will own the production lifecycle for elite architectural projects. You will:
Command advanced CNC workstations, translating complex blueprints into flawlessly machined timber components.
Engineer material-specific strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of wood grain and density to prevent defects and ensure a premium finish.
Audit every cut for microscopic accuracy, ensuring every piece that leaves your station meets our "zero-error" quality threshold.
Optimize the production floor by identifying mechanical bottlenecks and fine-tuning machine parameters for peak performance.
Synchronize with the assembly and design teams to ensure high-priority projects move from raw stock to finished product on an aggressive timeline.
Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you bring:
Proven CNC Expertise: You have a dedicated background in CNC operation, specifically within the woodworking industry.
Material Mastery: Deep knowledge of wood properties and how they interact with high-speed machining.
Precision Mindset: A track record of maintaining tight tolerances and producing top-tier work.
