Description de poste
Lead effective client service operations at BCFMA in Kamloops, British Columbia. This full-time Manager role requires expertise in coaching staff and enhancing service delivery.

As the Manager of Client and Case Management Services, you’ll guide a results-driven team at BCFMA. Your experience in leadership and unionized environments will enable you to manage performance, handle operational plans, and resolve issues. A blend of educational background and field experience is vital for success in this crucial role.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the client services team • Implement operational plans and strategies for service delivery • Coach and evaluate staff to maximize client service performance • Resolve issues tactfully and handle program escalations • Monitor performance metrics to enhance service efficiency

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in related field plus three years in leadership • Experience in high-volume customer service environments • Knowledge of labour relations and performance management • Competency using case management software • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
