IT Project Manager at LifeLabs

Lead enterprise-wide projects with LifeLabs as a Senior Project Manager in IT. Manage scope, budget, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager in the EPMO, you will oversee multiple medium to large-scale projects. This senior role involves implementing project deliverables while engaging stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout all phases. Additionally, you’ll provide mentorship to project managers and uphold best practices in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage project deliverables: scope, schedule, and budget • Balance concurrent cross-discipline projects effectively • Engage with sponsors and ensure stakeholder buy-in • Proactively manage risks and changes to project timelines • Integrate change management into project execution

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required • PMP certification or equivalent designation • Minimum 7 years of project management experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PPM tools • Strong facilitation and change-management skills
