Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Victoria, BC, for a Mechanical Project Manager. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the entire project management process for mechanical and plumbing systems, from planning and procurement to execution and completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring compliance with building services and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Services and Plumbing and or HVAC
• Proficiency in Procurement and Budgeting
• Strong background in mechanical construction
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Compensation

• $70,000.00 to $140,000.00 annual salary including health benefits.
