Operations Manager for Larue Branches

Drive operational excellence at Larue as the Operations Manager for our branches, ensuring alignment and performance in Quebec. Lead teams in Saint-Augustin and Boucherville to enhance service and sales.

Reporting to the Vice President, this role focuses on managing complex operations across multiple locations in the evolving snow removal market. You'll implement strategic plans, analyze performance metrics, and strengthen leadership practices, contributing directly to Larue's growth objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure overall departmental accountability and results • Implement and monitor strategic action plans • Standardize processes across both branches • Encourage collaborative decision-making among teams • Act as a point of contact for parts and service

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in administration or management • 8 to 12 years of operational management experience • Experience in industrial sector advantageous • Bilingual in French and English • Willingness to travel to Boucherville frequently
