Columbia Basin Trust is seeking a Summer Student to join our Information Services team from May through August 2026, and is based in the Cranbrook or Castlegar office. If you are self-motivated, results-oriented and have technical acumen, we want to hear from you!
The rate of pay for this position is $25.00 per hour.
In this role, you'll be supported by our Records Management & Privacy Analyst. Your objective will be to learn, build skills and gain experience, while contributing to the overall success of the Information Services department. Your daily tasks may vary depending on your skills and experience, as well as the team's current priorities

We are seeking a passionate student who is eager to advance their career. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the Columbia Basin area and comfortable working in a digital environment.
The key skills required for this position include strong verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency with technology, recordkeeping and the capability to effectively research and document findings on various topics. Applicants must be post-secondary students, preferably enrolled in programs such as records management, computer science, or a similar post-secondary education with a business or information services focus and returning to school in the next academic year.
