About the Opportunity We’re a fast-growing insurance agency with a small team and big vision, looking for a high-performing Sales Advisor who is ready to grow, contribute, and build something meaningful.

What You’ll Be Responsible For - Building and managing your own pipeline
- Conducting client consultations and closing new business
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell, especially in life and commercial insurance
- Following up consistently and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing ideas to improve processes, client experience, and growth
- Continuously developing your sales skills and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For - Proven track record in sales, insurance experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-discipline, consistency, and a high level of personal accountability
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Willingness to obtain or has OTL and LLQP licenses
