Elevate regulations at NorthRiver Midstream in Calgary as the Senior Regulatory Director. Lead a talented team and ensure compliance while engaging with stakeholders and shaping regulatory strategies.

NorthRiver is on the lookout for a Senior Director to lead its Regulatory team in Calgary. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to team development, possess strong organizational skills, and excel under pressure. This role is vital in developing regulatory frameworks and guiding negotiations with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities: • Mentor a team of regulatory professionals for high performance • Guide regulatory processes during public hearings and proceedings • Create project approval strategies including risk analysis • Engage with government and community stakeholders effectively • Ensure compliance monitoring of operational activities

Requirements: • Degree in Environmental Science, Law, or related field • 15+ years of relevant experience, including senior leadership • Expertise with the Canada Energy Regulator and regional regulators • Strong policy interpretation and relationship-building skills • Willingness to travel in Northeast British Columbia
