Lead the ESG Advisory practice at JLL, focusing on sustainability strategy in Edmonton, AB. Drive impactful client solutions and manage high-performing project delivery teams.

As the Director of ESG Advisory, you will lead the North America Sustainability Consulting practice, focusing on decarbonization and ESG strategies. Your role includes managing project delivery from start to finish, ensuring quality outputs, and maintaining client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams while developing solutions that cater to client needs and align with JLL's goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage delivery teams for ESG advisory and sustainability projects • Develop work plans and ensure adherence to timelines • Oversee quality control of client deliverables • Engage with stakeholders on ESG strategy and program management • Link client needs with team capabilities and future growth

Requirements: • 8-10 years in real estate sustainability and ESG consulting • BA/BS in sustainability, engineering, real estate, or related field • 2-4 years of people management experience preferred • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
