Description de poste
Steer the development of the Kudz Ze Kayah Greenfield Project as a Senior Project Director. Ensure efficient planning, engineering, and commissioning aligned with safety and quality standards.

In this pivotal role, you will manage all aspects of the project's infrastructure while fostering technical leadership and compliance across teams. Regular travel is required to monitor and oversee site activities related to the project's advancement towards construction. Your ability to manage relationships with stakeholders will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities: • Create detailed project development plans, including budgets • Lead and inspire the project team while ensuring safety • Manage external resources and project contractors • Direct tender processes and contract management • Collaborate with regulators and community stakeholders

Requirements: • Professional Engineer certification in Canada • Minimum 15 years' experience in mining project management • Experience leading large-scale greenfield projects • Understanding of construction business processes • Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
