Drive operational excellence and strategy at Venn, the leading B2B fintech in Canada. As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will lead efforts to redefine business banking.

Venn is on the lookout for an experienced Strategic Operations Manager with over three years in high-growth or consulting roles. You will be at the forefront of analyzing operational data, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. This role involves direct collaboration with the company's founders to set strategic objectives and ensure critical KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities: • Solve the toughest operational issues across functions • Implement high-quality, innovative solutions • Collaborate with founders to track operational success • Develop scalable processes to facilitate rapid growth • Analyze data to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: • 3+ years in startups, consulting, or investment banking • Proven analytical and logical problem-solving skills • Experience managing complex projects from start to finish • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python • Eagerness to challenge the status quo
