Join Dynacare as a Senior Manager in Application Development, where your leadership will drive technology innovation in Brampton, Ontario. Enjoy a hybrid work setup while overseeing a dedicated development team.

In this vital role, you'll manage the application lifecycle of various enterprise systems, ensuring that development meets business goals. You are expected to cultivate robust communication with stakeholders and enforce best practices that enhance software functionality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct recruitment and development activities within your team • Communicate application progress to executives and clients • Enforce best practices in policies and procedures • Handle budgets and justify additional resource needs • Ensure software compliance and integration meets requirements

Requirements: • 4-year degree in computer science or relevant field • 3-5 years of leading tech teams • Experience in deploying enterprise application solutions • Familiarity with project management frameworks • Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills
