Description de poste
Shape the future of retail for Arc’teryx as the North America Development Leader, focusing on strategic store expansion and optimal consumer experiences. This role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of store creation in Canada and the U.S.

In your role, you will strategize and lead a dedicated team to ensure store development aligns with brand positioning and consumer engagement. Your responsibilities include overseeing store design, construction, and compliance. Focusing on new location scouting and the optimization of existing sites, you’ll engage with various brand teams to support a cohesive customer journey.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead execution of market-driven development strategies • Oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and remodeling • Collaborate with merchandising and brand teams • Ensure adherence to construction standards and regulations • Promote accountability and collaboration within teams

Requirements: • 15 years in apparel store development leadership • In-depth knowledge of retail landscape and trends • Proficient in North American commercial real estate • Proven track record of managing transformational projects • Skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
