Description de poste
Empower athletes at all levels as a Dynamic Strength and Conditioning Leader. Engage in hands-on coaching and operational management to enhance sports performance and training standards.

In this role, you will take the lead in providing high-quality strength and conditioning services, coaching individuals and teams. Your focus will be on athlete development through strategic oversight, collaboration with various health and sport professionals, and continuous improvement of conditioning programs. Exceptional leadership and relationship-building are essential to influence positive changes in athlete performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver tailored strength and conditioning services to athletes • Develop data-driven training plans and performance assessments • Oversee coach recruitment, mentorship, and supervision • Maintain operational standards and budget management • Foster partnerships with local and national sport organizations

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in related field; master’s preferred • 5+ years of experience in strength and conditioning • Certification in strength & conditioning required • Proven ability to lead and develop coaching teams • Strong organizational and communication skills
