Oversee B2B growth as a dedicated Director, focusing on innovative strategies and partnership development. Drive scalability and revenue improvements through data-driven decision-making in a hybrid work environment.

This role is crucial in aligning B2B initiatives with organizational goals. You will manage strategic partnerships, define go-to-market plans, and lead a high-performing B2B team. Collaborate across finance, product, and operations to ensure commercial success while maintaining agility in execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the strategy and execution of B2B growth • Develop business offerings and pricing strategies • Enhance revenue through customer acquisition and expansion • Work cross-functionally to ensure viability of partnerships • Set KPIs to assess financial performance and ROI

Requirements: • Significant B2B experience, ideally within e-commerce • Proven ability to negotiate and close strategic deals • Strong communication and leadership skills • Data-driven analysis skills for performance evaluation • Experience thriving in fast-paced growth settings
