Be a driving force in logistics at PFX Group as the Director of Logistics, responsible for transportation oversight across the U.S. and Canada. This hybrid position offers a strategic approach to freight management.

In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of packaged goods transportation and lead regional logistics teams for optimal performance. Drawing from your extensive experience, you will implement cost reduction strategies and improve service levels while ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to streamline operations and support product launches.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute North American transportation strategies focusing on service • Negotiate with carriers to reduce transportation costs • Manage budgets and savings targets effectively • Enforce compliance with cross-border regulations • Present data-driven insights to senior leadership

Requirements: • Minimum 10 years in transportation and logistics • Experience with U.S. and Canada freight operations • Proficient in Transportation Management Systems • Proven track record of performance improvement • Bachelor's or MBA in supply chain or logistics
