Description de postepage for more information.**The GED and Synthetic Prime technology group** supports the GED/Synthetic Prime Business comprehensively—from front office sales and trading through to settlements, market risk, credit risk, liquidity reporting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting/compliance, and all intermediary processes. This role demands a high degree of subject matter expertise, adaptability, responsiveness, and hands-on engagement with various stakeholders.* Engage actively as a team member, fostering a positive work atmosphere that encourages service to the business, quality, innovation, and collaboration, while ensuring prompt communication of issues or important points.* Offer thought leadership and industry expertise within your area and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and business unit.* Stay informed about emerging trends and developments, and expand your understanding of the business, relevant tools, and techniques.* Take part in personal performance management and development activities, including cross-training within your team.* Keep colleagues updated on the status and progress of projects, as well as any relevant or useful information related to daily tasks.* Support the growth of team skills and capabilities by mentoring others, sharing knowledge and experiences, and applying best practices.* Lead, inspire, and build relationships with internal and external business partners and stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.* Promote a fair, positive, and inclusive environment that values workforce diversity.* Serve as a brand ambassador for your business area or function and the bank, both internally and externally.* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.* Advanced qualifications such as a Master’s degree, CFA, FRM, or other industry certifications are advantageous.* 7+ years of experience in Capital Markets, supporting equity derivatives trading desks across the front-to-back spectrum or equivalent relevant experience with deep exposure to Market Risk or Credit Risk.* Strong knowledge of Equity derivatives product offerings and their associated risk profiles.* Proven ability to collaborate with partners across Technology, Front Office, and other stakeholders, applying a deep understanding of business and technical requirements to identify and exploit synergies across various domains.* Extensive experience in delivering presentations to senior executives and engaging with them across both business and technology sectors, particularly regarding high-profile project outcomes and deliverables.* Proven track record of leading or managing complex projects successfully.* Proven ability to proactively identify technical debt and process bottleneck. Lead the charge on timely incident resolution.* 7+ years of experience working alongside quantitative development teams to integrate new features or products using modelling and pricing libraries.* Strong understanding of Software Engineering principles and Software Development practices, with an emphasis on Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and the software development lifecycle.* Proficiency in executing queries. Exceptional analytic skills with the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements for diverse audiences.* Exceptional ability to work independently, make critical decisions under pressure, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.* Hands-on experience developing automation script using Python to automate complex data validation and routine administration procedures.* Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server), non-relational databases (MongoDB), REST APIs, GraphQL, and various data formats including JSON and XML.* Strong interpersonal abilities to clearly explain and present concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.* Expertise in developing and maintaining robust processes aimed at preventing issues, diagnosing problems, and ensuring timely incident resolution while applying appropriate quality controls.* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, relationship management, and soft skills to effectively influence stakeholders to drive consensus on requirements and solution proposals.* Strong financial acumen with the ability to perform complex analyses and produce detailed reports.* Proficiency in multiple programming languages including C#, C++, JavaScript, among others is considered advantageous.* Experience implementing vendor cross-asset trade processing platforms, with Sophis and SwapOne experience considered a significant plus, alongside in-house developed microservices and applications.* Experience with cloud computing, data platforms, delivery pipelines, and analytics.* Inspire a positive work environment and help champion quality, innovation, teamwork and service to the business.* Learn voraciously, stretch your thinking, share your knowledge and educate others.* Communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical professionals.* Cultivate winning relationships by building trust with business and technology partners.* Share our commitment to productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency.**Our Values**
