About Us:
Sky Route is a growing freight brokerage firm specialising in FTL and LTL trucking across North America. With competitive pricing, 24/7 support, and clear communication, we deliver consistent and dependable logistics services. We are looking for driven, self-motivated sales brokers to join our team and grow with us.
What You'll Do:
• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships
• Negotiate freight rates and close deals
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure smooth load execution
• Manage your own book of business independently
What We Offer:
• Competitive commissions per deal
• No cap on earnings — you control your income
• Full back-office support (dispatch, tracking, billing)
• Flexible working hours and remote setup
Who We're Looking For:
• 1+ years in freight sales, logistics, or brokerage (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment
• Existing shipper relationships are a strong plus
