Join Sonnet as a CRM Analyst, specializing in data-driven customer journey strategies and high-performance communications. This hybrid position focuses on optimizing CRM efforts to maximize client engagement and revenue opportunities.

In this role, you will leverage your experience in CRM to enhance customer relationships and improve campaign performance. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll help create effective marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your ability to analyze data will support strategic decision-making and profitable customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities: • Create and optimize customer journey plans in Salesforce • Test and implement triggered email campaigns effectively • Provide reporting for continuous campaign optimization • Collaborate across teams to improve overall CRM strategies • Establish and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships

Requirements: • University degree in relevant fields such as Marketing • 3+ years CRM experience, preferably in insurance or retail • Skilled in data analysis and report generation • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce • Strong communication and organizational skills
