Lead a talented development team focused on financial wellness solutions. Utilize your expertise in Ruby on Rails to build scalable products in a completely remote setting.
As a Team Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of mentorship and agile practices. Your experience translating strategic product needs into actionable technical solutions will allow you to lead your developers effectively. Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure high-quality, impactful delivery that enhances employee financial wellness.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage a pod of developers targeting specific growth segments • Conduct 1:1 meetings and resolve team-related challenges • Drive agile ceremonies for continuous improvement • Collaborate with PMs to align product needs with tech • Ensure quality through coordinated QA and KPI tracking
Requirements: • 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails in production • Minimum 1 year in a management role • Experience leading teams in agile environments • Strong communication skills essential for team cohesion • Ownership mindset from backend to frontend development
