The position is well-suited for someone who enjoys change, adapts quickly, and is able to navigate independently through complex processes. You’ll join a forward-thinking team of high-performing professionals focused on working together, challenging the status quo, and owning our future! Position Responsibilities : Support the development and execution of strategy through providing transparency into progress on strategic objectives in various formats and forums.* Lead a small offshore team to drive the reporting and maintenance of financial and operational metrics; work with cross-functional teams to operationalize and maintain a comprehensive set of strategic and operations important metrics used to measure the success of our transformation and delivery* Develop reports and increase thought leadership on technology trends, including partnering with Strategy Leads in other BUs and Functions.* Support the learning and development approach and execution for GOMT team members by working closely with internal teams and vendors.* Work closely with the Global Data Team on communications strategy and execution across teams, including leadership messaging for internal and external partners.* Champion GOMT people engagement strategy design and execution, including the planning and implementation of global town halls, off-sites, team building workshops, conferences, etc. Required Qualifications : Proven professional experience in strategy development, operating models, process engineering, change management, training, data analytics, including a post-secondary degree and / or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science program.* Commercial and business sense to enable prioritization and strategic and fact based decision making.* Strong influencing and collaboration skills.* High level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, Co-Pilot, SharePoint, Viva Engage.* Experience integrating business and technology teams.* Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business- and value-focused language; a key requirement is to communicate clearly and consistently keeping collaborators well-informed of progress and challenges.* Enthusiastic about people development, including team engagements, training, and development.* Advanced change management, project management (agile and waterfall), talent and training strategy and analytical skills for a variety of tasks.* Experienced in working with non-local team members from other global regions.* Remains current with emerging technologies across contact centre technology, MarTech, GenAI, automation, etc.* Must be willing to collaborate with teams in Asia in corresponding time zone.* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and attention to details, along with comfort in assisting with administrative and reporting tasks as needed* Prior experience in strategy, planning or consulting is an asset.
