Join a leading supermarket in a Full Time Department Head role with a focus on team management and inventory oversight. This position is based at the physical location and requires relocation to a rural area.

You will oversee retail operations, ensuring staff are properly trained and schedules are created for optimal efficiency. This role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, where you'll manage product orders, resolve customer issues, and maintain organized inventory.

Key Responsibilities: • Hire and train retail staff members • Manage inventory and order merchandise • Establish effective work schedules for employees • Address customer requests and complaints • Supervise day-to-day operations of retail team

Requirements: • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience • Secondary school graduation certificate • Must be willing to relocate to rural area • Authorized to work in Canada • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
