This is a remote role suited to individuals who want to work independently while operating within a structured system. This role is best suited to applicants currently based in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. We are seeking a Client Engagement & Onboarding Consultant to support communication and engagement across established personal development and learning programs.This role suits experienced professionals who are comfortable managing their own workflow, working autonomously, and taking responsibility for activity levels and outcomes within clear operational frameworks. Key Responsibilities Engage with individuals interested in structured learning programs Share approved program information using established communication frameworks Manage follow-up, scheduling, and activity through digital systems Participate in ongoing skills development and virtual training Maintain professional standards within defined processes Engagement Structure Operate independently within established systems Manage your own daily workflow and activity levels Flexible remote contract engagement Candidate Profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Confident using digital tools and online systems Self-motivated, organised, and accountable Background in consulting, client support, education support, or sales is advantageous Additional Information Compensation is aligned with activity and outcomes within the role structure Suitable for individuals seeking a flexible, independent working structure This role requires regular online engagement, with some overlap across time zones being beneficial Application Note If you feel aligned with this role, include a brief note outlining: Your interest in working in a flexible, self-managed environment Any relevant experience in client communication or remote work For this initial application, a general location (city and country) is sufficient.
