, permanent Position: Personal & Admin Assistant Location: Naplesjetcenter, Naples, FL Position Type: Full-time, Permanent About Naplesjetcenter: Naplesjetcenter is a leading private jet charter and aircraft management company based in Naples, Florida. With over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, we provide exceptional services to our clients, including personalized private jet charters, aircraft maintenance, and management. Job Description: Naplesjetcenter is seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal & Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the executive team and other staff members - Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and make travel arrangements - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Maintain and update company databases and filing systems - Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Coordinate and plan company events and meetings - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion - Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - 2+ years of experience as a Personal or Admin Assistant - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality - Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company - A dynamic and collaborative work environment - Training and development opportunities - Complimentary private jet charters for personal use If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for the aviation industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Naplesjetcenter.
