If you love engaging with others, have a passion for racket sports (especially pickleball!), and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!
About the Role: Experience Creator
As an Experience Creator, you'll be the face of Fairgrounds—ensuring every member and guest enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and elevated club experience. You'll also lead and support our on-site pickleball programming, helping create fun, inclusive, and high-quality play opportunities for all skill levels.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll help maintain daily operations, foster community, and uphold the energy and service standards that define the Fairgrounds experience. This role is a key part of shaping our community and delivering on the promise of what Fairgrounds can be.
