I have spent over 15 years building and improving customer experiences, first across Europe and now in Canada. Before discovering my passion for software product management, I launched a service brand and implemented a Net Promoter Score (NPS) framework across four countries.

After two years as an individual contributor, I moved into people management, where I now mentor Product Managers who care deeply about their craft and are committed to raising the bar for how we practice product management as a team.

NPX partners with nuclear utilities and new reactor projects to unlock performance through innovation. We combine decades of nuclear operation expertise with AI, digital tools, and lean processes, to help plants run safer, smarter, and more cost-effectively. Our Digital Transformation team scales this expertise through both NPX-developed and industry-leading products, delivering solutions to clients across Canada, the U.S., and globally.

🚀 The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to work closely with clients, software engineers, and designers to understand complex problems, define clear outcomes, and deliver software that advances the nuclear industry. Your work will span customer-driven project-based initiatives and/or product-based development that benefits multiple customers. In both cases, you’ll be accountable for turning validated customer needs into high-quality software that meets nuclear regulatory requirements and NPX’s high standards for safety and performance.

Travel Expectations: Occasional travel (approximately once a month).

🎯 What You\'ll Drive

(1) Product Discovery

• Lead discovery workshops and user interviews to uncover problems worth solving and opportunities worth pursuing
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria
• Translate insights into clear, well-documented requirements that teams can execute against.

(2) Product Delivery

• Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers and designers from problem definition through delivery
• Own scope, priorities, and trade-offs to ensure solutions meet customer needs and business goals
• Identify patterns across customer work that can inform product strategy and future investments
• When working on software products, contribute to longer-term planning and roadmap thinking
• Results & Impact: You set objectives that will blow customers’ minds, and align stakeholders towards those goals

• Intro Chat (30 min) - You’ll meet Lauren, our Talent Acquisition Specialist, to learn more about NPX and the role. She’ll also learn more about you, your values, motivations, and whether there\'s a mutual fit.
• Team Chat (60 min) - You\'ll meet me, Anthony, and another team member to walk through your product management experience. We’re excited to learn about your approach to product discovery, delivery, and strategy.
• Director Chat (30 min) - You’ll meet Kshitij, our Director of Digital Transformation, to talk about how you work across teams. He’ll be looking to understand your adaptability, collaboration style, and what drives you every day.
