NOW HIRING – Summer 2026 | PAINTING POSITION | Ajax, ON (Durham Region)

Love working outdoors and crave a job that’s different every single day? Hate putting in serious effort only to be paid the same as everyone else? We built a team where hard work is actually rewarded — and we’re adding to it for the summer of 2026. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

COMPENSATION $19–$25/hr depending on experience and responsibility, plus weekly bonus incentives and tips from clients on top.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some hands‑on work experience is a bonus — but not required (we train you)
  • Full-time commitment: 40–50 hours per week during the season
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable above all else

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own projects start-to-finish at a high standard of quality and on schedule
  • Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each day
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners, crew leads, and the business owner
  • Take initiative in day-to-day operations and problem‑solving on site
  • Support door-to-door marketing and flyer drops in neighbourhoods around active job sites
  • Grow into project management and leadership roles as the season progresses

We’re transforming homes across Durham Region — Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa, Brooklin, and Courtice — and we want people who take pride in the work they produce.
