Our client, a globally recognized retail leader in Vancouver, is launching a 12-month Salesforce data architecture initiative foundational to their Membership and Loyalty expansion. This is not feature development—it is infrastructure-level remediation within a complex, multi-cloud environment.
This initiative involves restructuring a core Salesforce object that serves as a primary identifier across Service, Marketing, Data, and Loyalty Clouds. Because this object is referenced across the entire ecosystem, the project requires deep discovery, careful refactoring of relationships, and rigorous validation.
This is a 6 month contract to start with potential to extend (remote across Canada - PST hours).
