The ERP Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end leadership and governance of enterprise ERP implementation and transformation programs. This role oversees multiple interdependent projects, ensures alignment with business strategy, and delivers ERP outcomes on time, within budget, and with measurable business value.
The ideal candidate brings strong ERP domain knowledge, executive-level stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise programs across finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, or customer operations.
