  • Support proactive issues resolution.

  • Monitor construction progress to understand schedules, impacts, and mitigation measures and communicate these clearly to stakeholders.

  • Review Traffic Management and Construction Management Plans to assess impacts on the travelling public, businesses, institutions, and property owners.

  • Track monthly progress lookaheads and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

  • Participate in project kick‑offs, bi‑weekly reviews, and coordination meetings.

  • Input project‑level communications information into progress reports and communications calendars.

  • Train and mentor junior staff in communications procedures and standards.

  • Maintain organized project documentation and photo records for use in communications materials.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Experience working on construction sites is required, with preference for work on linear municipal water/wastewater and/or tunneling projects.

  • Proven project management skills, delivering quality results on time and within budget.

  • Experience in construction contract administration, consulting, and/or community consultations (preferred).

  • Strong listening and problem‑solving skills for issues resolution.
