Being an Associate Vice President, Agriculture, at National Bank means contributing to the execution of the strategy for the Commercial Banking and Private Wealth 1859 sector. It also means leading a team of specialists who support the growth of agricultural producers by providing advice, guidance, and tailored financial services.

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Agriculture, you will act as a co‑leader for the Montérégie East and West territory, as well as part of the Eastern Townships. Agricultural service centres are located in Granby, Saint‑Hyacinthe, Saint‑Jean‑sur‑Richelieu, Saint‑Rémi, and Valleyfield. The team is composed of approximately 30 employees, including Account Managers and Account Officers.
Our training programs are built around on‑the‑job learning to help you master your role. You will have access to personalized training content on topics such as banking solutions and the advisory approach to support your ongoing development. You will also collaborate with colleagues who bring a wide range of expertise, experience, and backgrounds to enrich every aspect of your professional growth.
