Technical Administrator, Auto Insurance

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Technical Administrator, Auto Insurance at Navacord, you will play a crucial role in the efficient processing and management of ICBC documents and payments. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of our team by ensuring

accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintaining inventory, and supporting internal audits.

This is an on-site position based at our Richmond location.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collect, sort, and confirm ICBC documents and payments to ensure accuracy for documentation, reporting, and audits.
• Accurately enter client data and transaction information into the insurance system
• Balance and reconcile transactions and reports to maintain an accurate record.
• Manage bank deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner, ensuring the safe delivery of cash and company property.
• Keep track of pending documents and facilitating necessary follow-ups as required.
• Efficiently manage ICBC stock and inventory for the office.
• Assist with internal monthly audits for the office and work with the branch leadership to action on discrepancies and issues immediately.
• May assist with producing monthly commission reports for auto insurance employees.

The wage range for this role is $20 to $23 per hour. Compensation is determined by a combination of factors including a candidate’s experience, job-specific knowledge, and skills. Internal equity to ensure fairness across the organization and region / location is also considered.
