Hello! My name is Danielle, and my family is currently looking for a wonderful part time nanny to join us in Victoria, British Columbia. We have a preschool school-aged daughter who would greatly benefit from your care and attention. Being active as she’s active works best.
We are seeking a live-out nanny who can work part-time with us. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and can bring creativity, patience and experience in slowing down, urging breaks, quieter activities as our daughter would play non stop for the day if she could.
Looking for a relatively active, fit caregiver who would spend approximately 2 hours out of the house either walking to a playground, walking around the Bog / Nature Sanctuary where the forest path begins near the end of our driveway, taking her out for a scooter, picnic at the park, and use of our small but imaginative forest backyard with outdoor toys and gardening opportunities if you’d like to grow flowers or herbs and take home.
I’m looking for pay $20 per hour and are seeking someone who can start as soon as possible. Car not necessary, but use of our vehicle is okay and any additional car insurance for added driver can be added at our cost of course.
Outings further like playgrounds, museum, zoos, adventures within reason and proximity awesome once we get to know you but not mandatory.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to work with a lovely family in a supportive environment. I’ll be working with headphones on in home office locked away, but available if necessary.
If you have experience working with children, spirited girls who loved to play Barbies, move, get creative, we have tons of anrt, toys and a relatively spacious home.
