What are your contributions to the team?

The Analyst, Change Management and digital learning support and leads the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational changes by deploying change management and supports the digital learning strategies in an organization undergoing a major transformation. Reporting to the Organization Change manager, this role ensures stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and equipped to transition smoothly and works closely with the communication and digital learning team to develop communications and digital learning following Bombardier’s branding, tools and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


Change Management

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans aligned to overarching OCM strategies for a major change impacting processes, tools, and people (Roles).
  • Develop and deploy targeted communication plans, executive briefings, and engagement campaigns aligned with the PROSCI -ADKAR model.
  • Support a series of change processes allowing the optimum transition of the organization, identifying risk while optimizing its change readiness for a successful go live.
  • Support with stakeholder analysis, process mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption metrics, providing actionable recommendations to OCM Manager and continuously optimizing strategies.
  • Anticipate and proactively address resistance, risks, and barriers to change, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OCM, training, and instructional design activities with overall project plans and milestones.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating lessons learned and best practices from previous releases.

Training

  • Coordinate the design, development, and review of training (e.g., eLearning, Virtual instructor led, instructor-led sessions, and /or job aids).
  • Collect and organize data from training needs assessments to help identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support content updates by reviewing and formatting materials for virtual, on-site, and digital platforms.
  • Assist with translation review (e.g., French) and ensure consistency between versions.
  • Apply basic instructional design principles to structure clear, user-friendly content following templates provided by the Digital Learning Specialist.
  • Produce necessary learning modules to support the necessary adoption of any new process, tool or upgrade of a system or user interface.
  • Maintain centralized documentation and training records, leveraging platforms like SharePoint, LMS, and Articulate 360.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in education, management, organization development, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in change management, training, or related roles
  • You have demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale transformation projects.
  • You have a demonstrated track record in effective project management.
  • You have a broad knowledge of manufacturing or operations and related processes (an asset)
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBi, and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, LMS).
  • You are familiar with change management methodologies and Learning and Development. (Prosci certification is an asset)
  • You are bilingual in English & French.
  • You are able to prioritize and work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • You possess strong planning, organizational skills and problem- solving skills
  • You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You are skilled in data-driven evaluation and reporting.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
