Experienced B-Pressure Welder (Night Shift)

Are you a ticketed B-Pressure Welder who takes pride in high-quality fabrication? We are looking for "rock star" welders to join an industry-leading industrial facility for a long-term career opportunity.

If you are a master of your craft who excels in a fast-paced shop environment and prefers having your weekends start on Friday morning, we want to hear from you.

The Shift
Night Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday (40 hours/week).

Advantages
Top-Tier Compensation: Earn between $43.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience). plus $3/hour premium for night shift

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4x10 shift schedule (Monday – Thursday). No Friday or weekend work!

Stability: Long-term projects with a clear path to permanent hire.

Supplied Gear: We provide your gloves, safety glasses, coveralls, and all necessary shop tools.

Responsibilities
Perform high-quality B-Pressure welding on pipes ranging from 2" to 60".

Complete full fit-ups independently according to blueprints and technical specifications.

Utilize MIG (GMAW) roots with a Flux-core (FCAW) cap to meet strict industrial standards.

Maintain a safe and clean workspace while adhering to all Health & Safety protocols.

Qualifications
Certification: Valid Alberta B-Pressure Welding Ticket is a must
Expertise: Proven experience with MIG roots and Flux-core capping.
Skills: Strong proficiency in performing your own fit-ups on various pipe diameters
Equipment: Must own your own CSA-approved steel-toe boots, welding helmet, and respirator.
Testing: Ability to pass a rigorous weld test ($2 \frac{1}{2}$" XS, GMAW root, Flux-core cap).
