Elevate modernization initiatives as a strategic Program Manager. Lead cross-functional teams in finance, supply chain, and operations with a focus on stakeholder engagement and measurable outcomes. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in moderation, transformation, and integrating technology across multiple business units. You will implement best practices, governance structures, and establish standardized reporting to ensure effective project management. Collaboration with internal teams, technology partners, and executives will be critical for ensuring program consistency and delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Lead modernization program planning and execution • Establish and maintain governance structures • Engage stakeholders at various organizational levels • Prepare decision-ready materials for governance • Track progress and ensure value delivery Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in related fields • 10+ years in complex modernization initiatives • Proven experience in stakeholder management • Strong project/program management skills • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities Drive impactful change across business units while leveraging your expertise in modernization and governance to enhance overall organizational performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
