Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical parts support and guidance to customers.
- Identify and select correct parts using BOMs, serial numbers, or specs.
- Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations.
- Validate pricing accuracy within internal systems.
- Manage order desk operations and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Promote the value of OEM parts over aftermarket alternatives.
- Coordinate sourcing of non-standard or specialty parts.
- Maintain inventory levels aligned with demand.
- Ensure on-time order processing, shipping, and documentation controls.
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of technical or service-related experience.
- Trade certification or technical designation (e.g., CET, RET) preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer systems.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to support cross-functional teams.
