Line Handling Supervisor
Primary Location: Kitimat, BC
Employee Status: Full Time
Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off rotation, consisting of 7 day shifts followed by 7 night shifts.
Salary Range: CA$ 476/- per day
The Company
Bridgemans Kitimat Crew Management Ltd. fully integrated marine service provider, equipped with marine-certified crew and a fleet of unique assets servicing industrial projects around the world. Bridgemans and Haisla First Nation have created a joint venture limited partnership -Bridgemans Kitamaat Joint Venture Limited Partnership (BKJV) to provide marine and construction services to various industries on the Pacific North Coast. Bridgemans Kitimat Crew Management Ltd. provides crew for BKJV.
The Opportunity
As a Line Handling Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling mooring lines to secure ships during berthing and unberthing operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety of vessels and personnel. Preference will be given to local candidates in the Kitimat and surrounding area.
